Just seen on BBC: spending of holidaymakers is down 30-35%, according to unnamed operators and hoteliers. According to the government (hanging on to the coattails of the EU/IMF) it’s only 1%.. Considering the importance of tourism for the Greek economy, guess what this will do to those financial targets and deadlines imposed by the IMF/EU..
