| my2cows | “The firm advises on high-profile local and international transactions and has an impressive track record. ” I bet… nice being lawyers and not having to worry about insider trading. |

| Palmtok | Interesting that Prudential Retirement Ins & Annuity shows as a new investor. Seems they would be ultra-conservative. This firm you mention is more than interesting. Possible trust of some sort? Can’t believe a law firm would invest that much. OK stp, binck, Freddie, petro get your investigator hats on and see what this could be about. |

| Petrovale | Palm, I was just going to say that, if a Luxembourg firm invests in IOC, the whole project must be (almost) completely de-risked… Will put my research hat on, and report back later. |

| Palmtok | Interesting Petro; I see also on their site that in January one of their Bigs was a speaker at an Asian investment conference. In the narrative it mentioned that Luxembourg is 2nd only to the US in some of these investment vehicles/funds. Was not aware of that. It’s anyone’s guess on what this might be about, but that’s an approx. $51 million bet made in the 4th qtr when all of the turmoil was going on, but also the SD solicitation. I guess as usual we will wait to see if this of any real importance. |

| Petrovale | Yes, a key financial centre in Europe, for better or for worse. I remember a lot of my previous Euro denominated ETF investments in emerging markets went through Luxembourg. More interesting, though, is their direct link to JP Morgan, Luxembourg / Geneva. |

| Palmtok | Petro, could well be the JPM connection. JF Global Focus A USD is one of JP Morgan’s funds. IOC is this fund’s largest holding (2.92% of fund value of EUR 1,280.54 (Mil) or approx 16,500 shares): And Elvinger, Hoss & Prussen is the fund advisor: I would guess that this fund would be included in the JPMorgan Fund Management #s. So we’re grasping at straws, but not much else to do at this point; something to do while we await what sounds to be exciting IOC news. |
