A nice application to produce copies of charts is called Jing. I use it in combination with the Think-or-Swim platform (Ameritrade), which incorporates also provides Reuters' Flyonthewall streaming news. All for free!
STP, I tried the "Insert image" button, but got a rather dead link on the page. Not sure if it works well.
Otherwise, MyBB offers great functionality.
