This is a monster deal for NQ!!! America Movil has over 262 million customers. Stock should be up sharply on this! All 3 of NQ products being aggressively sold through all marketing channels to 262 million customers.
This should cause the stock to break-out hard and move to well over $10 on a decent quarterly report on March 6. Fair value is over $20.
Time to get on board and get max long!!!!!

I would buy every share you can under $8. This should rip!!!!
If the NQ "perceptional" issue is cured by this deal (and it definitely should be), a SaaS company growing 100%+ y/y, in a hot space, doing 40M in 2013 fcf in 2013 (now much higher after this deal), should conservatively trade at 30x – 60x Fcf = $24-$48 stock.
That is how much potential upside there is here.
Well, there is no doubt that even without the deal, this was a screaming buy already..
