I have banked on the audit coming out together with earnings all along, but I am no longer sure.

So for entertainment purposes, I thought we start a little poll: do you still think the audit will be out tomorrow?

Independent audit? My guess is no.

Would love to be wrong
It probably won't come out until the end of May, just guessing.

We will have news regarding that for sure!

Early actions are looking good. Last time before the news below $17?

I think the followup question is. Will NQ slide if they don't have independent audit done
But if the audit does not come out, they should at the very least provide a clear timing for when it will come out.

In any case, I believe it cannot be far away any more as PwC will not sign off the 20-F without the independent audit completed to its satisfaction. And 20-F deadline is 30 April.

I still hope it comes out tomorrow, but I agree with most of you that this has become less likely.
I think it comes out tomorrow night with the numbers. No one will care about the numbers without that issue being put to bed. The fact that they said they would report before the 14th in my view was because they knew it was almost completed and would be able to present info to investors. With that said, I've been grossly wrong on timing so who knows, but it doesn't see plausible that they wouldn't have that done. It would cause an uproar, I know I'd be really pissed off.
It might simply be that they have no control over the audit whatsoever, not even an idea about when it will be complete. After all, the audit is independent.
But they should have an idea about when it will be completed. It seems bogus that they would be completely in the dark about it
