I would agree here. NQ is waiting on PWC to sign off.  It is anyone's guess what PWC is finalizing.  Independent audit is done and PWC is reviewing all the work done by Deloitte.  PWC is being extra careful as this is a very scrutinized case.  There is a lot in the line for all involved.  The market will punish NQ if they don't file by the 15th.  I think Management is aware of this and is making all efforts to complete the process.

I am placing the same bet as you. Do not waste your money buying PUTs for protection.

What happens if the 20F is not filed by May 15th?   I hope this is not going to happen, but want to be prepared if it does...
