July 2019 Predictions?? - LongNautilus - 07-09-2019

What does everyone think will happen over next 2-3 weeks? Anyone care to make a prediction?  Does our part of the Nautilus Minerals story a
end here?
Thoughts please....

Unfortunately I think this does spell the end to OUR story line. I'm very hopeful a rabbit will be pulled out of a hat at the last minute but I'm trying to be realistic with myself at this point. For years I thought this would someday be a $6-$8 stock and if that ever happened I would immediately retire. Now I just want it to be over. Spent too much time focusing on this stock and missing out on so many other opportunities with this money. Fortunately, I've never 'BET' anything on this stock that I wasn't willing to part with. I do think that these assets will someday make someone a lot of money doing what they were intended to do.

Experience/Background: Worked with this project several years ago via a vendor and was always excited in the opportunity and the engineering. Always impressed with the Nautilus staff I worked with (Engineering manager, Quality Assurance, etc).

Not to worry. NUSMF is up to .02 on volume of 65,000. Someone is buying. Could be a good time to down average. I have been buying down for 5 years. Very deep in the hole.

Has anyone noticed or does anyone know why Nautilus Minerals is now called Nautilus Minerals ORD, on some trading websites/platforms? What does the ORD stand for or mean? Could this be a clue to the company's current standing or future direction? Just noticed it the other day. Previously it was always known as Nautilus Minerals, Inc. Any thoughts?

Predictions:
Technology and asset steal - I just joined but stumbled upon the BB while trying to find more info on the plunge of this stock (been invested since forever - going back to when it was trading at a couple of dollars). When I got in I was skeptical about the two main share holders being from Russia and Middle East, but I liked the prospect of sea floor mining and the management team seemed talented. Was this the play all along by the two majors? How much did they really invest? My gut tells me they held a majority of shares and financed the company on the sale of the 300+ million shares they didn't own (and debt they acquired); used the monies to develop the mineral prospects, core drilling; and build the tangible assets. Not much out of their pockets but had the intent all along to take this company to bankruptcy then go private to dump all the shareholders and debt holders. They get all the profit without sharing.

Might be a conspiracy theory, but that's what my gut is telling me. We got screwed!

Something MUST be going on behind the scenes the scenes that WE don't know about but people in the know or with connections do. This stock is still trading. People are still buying it. Sure it may go down to a penny or less but then it bounces back up in a day or so to at least 2 cents or more. Who would buy stock in a company going broke/bankrupt? Day traders wouldn't even bother for the few hundred dollars they'd make playing with this. It's got to be a good sign, right? I had stock in another failed Canadian company years ago. Once they went into bankruptcy the stock stopped trading, went down to 00000.1 and it just died. No more trading, no nothing. Company assets were sold and that was it. I don't think I'm being overly optimist with NUS. There is still some hope. Anyone agree or care to comment?

NUS was delisted because it failed the requirements of the TSX. NUSMF is still active on an exchange because it hasn't failed the requirements of the OTC. Nautilus is trying to restructure Canadian style but not go into bankruptcy. That's my take, but whatever transactions or deals DSMF makes probably leaves us out. Wish something can save our shares, but it looks very unlikely. If PNG took up its second 15% long ago this may have been a great story. Politically Nautilus is now radioactive to PNG elected officials. Anybody buying NUSMF is betting on shares surviving the restructuring in some way.
