We have a Gulf LNG Project and it will start-up at either 3.8, 4.5 or 4.9 Mtpa.

IOC will own 74% of it.

EWC is in the mix and all bidders have financing.

Final bids are now solicited.

Guess the Ducks were in a row after-all.

Defective gene; allows these people to gather information from many and varied sources, quickly come together to hash scenarios out and understand that several outcomes are possible. It's called the art of the deal. Until it's done, it's not done. Requires more than trust in just the assets a company has; must have faith in management and its goals. They are a crusty group who has seen a lot and live large. Wouldn't put it past any of them to find a spot in a PNG river, put down a copter and start panning for gold. Balls as large as a lecturer's head.

In theory yes.  In reality no.

I remember Hemi whining that Megan Fox had a wierd looking thumb.  Some people are never satisfied.

That is why I will win that buck from you!
