A few big blocks on that pop today. Looks more like forced buyins rather than a new buyer. Not too many buyers accumulate that way.
This also tells us that there are actually very few shares actually available for daily trading. Shorts maxxed out and bigs are holding.

Hefi did it. As soon as SHU was back up we spiked. I think he hit "Buy" at the same time he hit "Publish". Hefi is now one of biggest holders of IOC. Hohoho

Whatever happened to SHU, please don't let it happen again. I actually had to go to Yahzoo for the first time in many months. I immediately felt like Tim Robbins in Shawshank Redemption when he was crawling through the sewer pipe on his way to freedom!
