Doesn't look like shorts are covering. If anything they're pretty strong today considering how all the other momo ADRs are at twice the % as NQ

The reason why NQ is still underforming has to do with the up and coming news releases. Market is a funny animal, it will only move either way when the news are about to hit the wire or are hitting the wire....
