Kaliboo, we have received the annual meeting package and proxy but all this info was from pre-deal announcement.  There will be another package and proxy for the special meeting to vote on the OSH deal.

In this package you will get a description of the deal process and color on other offers or bids received.  I think this will be very informative and help me make my decision in the absense of any other offers being made public.  We are unlikely to get this before the deadline for voting at the annual meeting.

If I take those votes, add them and then divide by the percent you say that this is the full diluted share count.  So plugging in those numbers I get just over 51 Mln shares.

Then I read the IOC circular on pg 11 says, "on April 25, 2016 we had 49,680,947 common shares issued and outstanding."  So your calculation seems a little off and under represents our combined %.  Based on this the number rockets up to 1.779% .
