I have IOC held at two brokerages, Fidelity and TD Ameritrade.  Both offer the online viewing and voting of proxy materials.  Fidelity shows the two IOC mgmt proxy forms (White) as well as the PM form (Blue).  I voted the blue form.  Ameritrade however only shows the 2 sets of IOC mgmt proxy forms (White).  I do have physical mailed copy of the blue proxy for my Ameritrade shares so I can still vote them.  Just strange that they are not appearing online like they do at Fideity.

It appears that a few people have seen this.

With the physical BLUE proxy you can vote that online.

Yes, that is true.  Having the mailed physical copy gives you 4 choices for voting.  Mail it back in.  Phone it in.  Log into proxy website and vote online.  Request to vote in person at AGM.  It's a pain to open the mailings, read the 12-18 character code and enter it manually into the proxy vote website.  So much easier if you just view the VOTE link online at brokerage.  Click the link and automatically connects to your own unique proxy form to vote.  I am lazy that way, just want to do it with a few clicks.  <img src=" border="0" class="smilie" src="http://shareholdersunite.com/mybb/images/smilies/shy.gif" />
