RE: Capial group says Yes - Palm - 06-06-2016 Is it possible his source is close to Hession and such a call would not be necessary? Over the years positive stories about IOC quoted unnamed sources and we all jumped up and down with glee. Don't remember much being demanded along these lines. True there were stories with unnamed sources over the years but not one of them was a quote from a source close when there was a buyout on the table. It could be anyone. It is not unusual for be quoted off the record too. One has to ask this question...if there wasn't a proxy battle in play would this article be necessary? All the players that stand to make the most money are pulling out all the stops to make this seem better for them then Phil and shareholders. It's a PR stunt. Nothing more. RE: Capial group says Yes - Palm - 06-06-2016 So, Phil had a PR stunt (the numerous articles that came out), and now there's one on the other side. Kind of what we see with our current election circus. The press is the press, and they love all of this. It's up to the participants to sift through the details. |
