Total needs our NO vote to buy itself time IF they don't have a plan in place. There seems little question that a united OSH/XOM sends all the PRL15 gas to PNG LNG and Total is left without anything to operate. More to the point, ALL of the additional discovered and to be discovered gas in Gulf Province will go to PNG LNG.

As I've reposted on another thread, OSH's 2015 resource report clearly states there will be a second appraisal of Elk/Antelope one year following first LNG shipment. That is when the full size of E/A will be known and that is when Civelli has agreed to be paid. We have again been deceived by Hession and Botten. It was correct for Botten to state 'There will be no interim resource payment going to IPI'. Botten just forgot and left out the word "interim".

One more issue regarding timing that comes to mind. Total would seem best advised to wait until after the shareholders' vote on July 28th before making a move in the event shareholders were to take Tree's advice and vote "Yes" to the takeover by OSH. A successful Yes vote on 7/28 would put Total in the place it wants to be without conflation.
