I do not think she ever met DSMF.
How can it be trading up after what King Kong Fong related? Do you think there is some unresolved issue that is keeping NUSMF active? And maybe DSMF thinks they can keep it "under the rug" if they just leave it lie and discharge PWC. Then quietly go forward hoping we do not notice?
Otherwise not sure what you are referring to. I am still holding several hundred thousand shares - gulp.

I was actually referring to the song, Happy Days Are Here Again, but I may have gotten a little ahead of myself. Hopefully that's the song we'll be singing by or before next year at this time. The song you're referring too, If You Have the Rainbow, You Must Have the Rain, is actually more appropriate at this time. Once PWC & the bankruptcy are discharged, DSMF can do whatever they want. And what they want, like most people, is to be rich, super rich! What better way than to buy up all the shares of a company trading at less then half a cent, take all the assets and technology of a known company with proprietary knowledge and licences & patents and transfer for them to said company. Then make billions overnight on the stock and continued billions on the metals & elements brought up from the ocean floor. PNC had the most to loose and they mysteriously rolled over and agreed to the bankruptcy deal. Sure why not? They're going to make even more now than they were before. They're probably buying up as much of those less than half-cent shares as they can as well! Maybe I'm just too much of an eternal optimist but if I am wrong, I will the first to post it & admit it here. Thanks for you reply scampoco. Hang in there.

Let's hope for the best, but expect the worst. Regardless I have much respect for the long-time investors and believers in this company. Everyone keep their eyes open for any developments!

LN: Thank you for the kind words and for being so nice & professional. I know sometimes I can come off a bit abrupt but I really do wish the best for all of us and I know we are all in this together. You all seem like a great bunch and I sincerely hope that I am right with my predictions and that we'll be be singing "Happy days Are Here Again", sometime soon!

Have not been to DSMF web site for a long time. A spike of 12% in share price today prompted me to do so. Interesting, the ship is 80% complete and they are starting to integrate the sea floor tools. The site looks like a direct take off from the old nautilus site. Same pictures of our equipment, Solawara 1 agreement etc. Unabashed direct theft from us.
