The lawyers got paid on this one. A mere 190 page agreement to define the drilling respondsibilites.
So we can see two IOC rigs drilling next year, a PRE rig next year and per the CC IOC is netotiating for a another rig and crew to drill in 236. Or maybe 4 rigs drilling next year.

Jft, I haven't had a chance to dig into the JVOA but are you saying in there it specifically says PRE will be providing a rig for enhanced drilling?

Tx- I havn't seen the JVOA documents, I have been told this signing gets IOC an additional $20 million and the agreement calls for 2 more wells at Triceratops and they will drill deeper then the last well into what they think are liquids. PRE is committed to help IOC explore in any way they can I was told. I connected the dots with that statement to include another rig. Might just be money to drill with.
One things for sure this is a contract that can be used in setting how to price a govt purchase. Would this price get adjusted for the cancellation clause.???Or this PRE price is a premium price I hear.
