Where do you get your info from Ken? All the company will say is that no public company provides information on timing or agenda of board meetings. And they are no different.

There is constant communication taking place between all IOC parties involved. The board will telecconference/ meet as the situation requires.

Seriously...why on earth would all the board members fly to PNG for a meeting anyway? Im sure its much simpler to meet here in the US. IMO its kind of absurd to imagine them all trucking to PNG so they can meet. If a deal happens only Phil will be in the photo ops with Oneil anyway. But as I said before i'd think nothing gets done till jan/feb 2013 anyway, so I haven't many expectations for an PPS pop in the next few weeks. Low volume favors stock getting worked lower.

Not PNG, Houston.

bert, the volume has not been low lately, it's been all over the place; and the stock can go up or down on low volume. Also, some of the worst days have been on high volume, and some of the best.

FWIW I still think we're at least 4 weeks away from a Sell Down decision. Possibly longer if the bidding battle heats up.
Too many poeple are in the mix.
