Yes everyone knows that he is a poor writer, writes without facts, misrepresents reality etc. The point of my above post is that we need to determine if he is just a poor writer or is he a criminal.

Criminal is pretty harsh; I more see him as someone who discloses his background and "expertise" as being other than any kind of authority on the oil & gas industry. So that's one big strike against him; he's writing outside of anything he claims to have knowledge of. That alone makes him suspect. The fact that he first posts on places like $IOC that he has an article coming out on IOC, admits he knows and communicates with people who are extreme IOC shorts, tends to post the week of or just before OE, etc., makes him someone I just plain want to ignore. If he is their main front-man, we have absolutely nothing to be concerned with. We know the short arguments which are left, and they are very risky for them to have such a large bet on; AG's article from yesterday pretty much show that. He's made himself into a flea on a Zebra's back and we should treat him as such and not even read or respond to his weak attempts to discredit IOC, its management or its BOD. Maybe he should look in the mirror when he utters the word "crooked".

If there is libel involved and it appears there is well SA will be dragged into the lawsuites and well they may not like how that turns out for them. They have a respondsibility to represent factual discussion.
