If IOC were smart they would find a leak and just happen to let some unofficial information slip. I know the regs, I know the rest of it but c'mon, like it or not this is a jungle and in the jungle there are laws and there are accepted rules. IOC should learn the rules and play by them. My two cents....and I am not my2cents.....time will tell
