That's because someone on the short side with access submitted it or somehow got it on, and distorted it in the process. Anyone here with access to get O'Neill's comments posted or published?

Yeah, suspicious isn't it?  Somewhere there have to be black helicopters.  This might be the place.   We'll know for sure when SHU sees the DOS attack ;-)

It looks like we've now reached the $ 91,00 resistance you mentioned <img src=" border="0" class="smilie" src="http://shareholdersunite.com/mybb/images/smilies/undecided.gif" />

Margin buying knows no resistance!  More in the a.m.

So why is PPS plummeting all of the sudden? Are the shorts attacking?

I suspect some traders locking in some profits.  Could also be some MM's trying to trigger some stop loss trades, knowing this is the week the news is announced!

Traded very stable at $90 over 650,000 shares then on low volume drops off the cliff for $2.50 .  I think it is the market makers, they have been letting this happen for years but not sure, maybe a programed trade with little sells all the way down.  I do know this happens when volume drys up. Seen it way to many times.

Maybe I'm just a dumb guy but that does not make sense to me,... knowing/suspecting there will be (good) news, one wants to buy, not sell.

Number of scenarios for some traders

1) Buy on Rumor, sell on news -  (Maybe someone jumping the gun thinking the pps reflects the news)

2) MM's - playing games trying to put a cap on the pps, or trying to trigger some stop losses.

3) Someone meeting their short term profit objective after buying in the 60's.  What does Jim C. say?  Pigs get slaughtered

4) MM's having to adjust price based on put to call ratio

I expect a positive close, guess we'll see soon enough

Also, I don't expect to see a real big push by the shorts until after the news release, twisting and turning B.S.

Thanks Optionray and Ellerslick, I guess I must keep my pants on and not panic,... It maybe is just a minor glitch, caused by x reason's mentioned above. All will be good when the deal is announced...
