Agree; they usually plan to wait until all markets are closed. They had the one ooooops where the PR firm released it early. That wasn't good.

And as long as the next morning. The PR always states:
"after the market closes for trading". When they had the gaffe some time ago and the release came before 4PM ET, WA explained that the PR company that releases the PR messed up and it's their intention for the release to come out after all markets are closed. Obviously not always at the same time.

It is 8PM in NYC, 8AM on Tuesday in Singapore, and 10AM (also Tuesday) in Port Moresby. No earnings as of yet. I guess they have been candled due to lack of interest. Earning don't matter. 10TCF matter.

I have it from good sources that the IOC earnings announcement is done. It's just with the lawyers. All parties are eager to have the earnings released as soon as possible. We just have to be patient as these things take time. They want it done right as opposed to fast. No one can say exactly when the earnings will be released, but it will be soon.
