RE: Resource PNG - Episode 13, 2014- Interoil/Total deal - Libtardius Maximus - 05-09-2014

Forgive me if I am mistaken but wasn't OSH injunctive relief case already tossed by PNG court with orders to pay IOC legal bill?

Palm?

agreed 100 percent. How many times has he  talked about 2.5 T's in PN'Yang and his reservoir engineer Netherland Sewell says zero . Then we have a The National news story of short gas for their current commitments . Where there's smoke there's fire.

That involved only the contention as to drilling rigs proposed for PRL 15. Sources stating that the Dispute itself had been resolved may have had these issues confused and are being checked with to see why the confusion.

Well, JFT, at least we agree on something.  However, I have previously disagreed with your interpretation of The National article that they are short gas "for their current commitments", but won't repeat those details here.  Netherland Sewell says there is zero gas at P'nyang? Really?  Can you give us a source for that?  Exxon also says there is gas there, per a recent article posted here on SHU.

Sure can do!please do the required DD and go to the source which is OSH. Go to the official filings. You may chose either the

year end asset report in aggregate provided by OSH and see the name

Netherland Sewell posted on their website as part of their required filings .Or you may visit their first quarter OSH filing report .

No reserves at P'Nyang .zero nada etc. They can't lie to their regulators.but they do lie to others

Palm even gave you a link on this website to their website with the filings. You ignored it.

But for some reason you don't bother to look at OSH website or to read the applicable posts on this website.

Before posting again about this may I suggest you do basic DD and look it up where its supposed to be posted

on OSH's website. Or read this board and follow the link . Then please stop posting about issues that are black and white

ignored by you for some time now .

It is easier to post here VS looking at filings I will grant you.

The stories about OSH being short the proper amount of gas are not new either. Sorry you missed

them and ignore the current report.

Stubborn can be a liability sometimes is something you might admit to after spending

3 minutes and looking before posting.

This assumes you can follow a link provided by Palm or visit an official OSH website . Please report back

what you learned. Geez,,!

Most on SHU certainly understand that in this business there are resources and there are reserves. No reserves without resources, but the reverse is not always true. Not that such subtleties should ever get in the way of an honest discussion...

BTW, providing links would be a courteous and helpful response to others here on this board who attempt to follow your thinking.

Best regards,

JFT, I am damned tired of your making false statements about me and talking down to me like you are God's brilliant and infallible gift and deliverer of truth and wisdom to IOC and SHU, and I am some incompetent, lazy dumbass unworthy of ever daring to question or challenge you about anything.  I guess if you cannot back something up or provide a source you claim is there, that is one way of responding to try to avoid it and get people to still believe it and try to divert attention.

I have been to the OSH website and to their year end and quarterly reports, and to analyst reports on OSH, and I have read all applicable posts on this website.  When you say I have ignored them, or not bothered to look at them or read applicable posts, or not done "basic dd", you have not provided any credible evidence of that and are making false statements, which I am coming to believe are a standard part of your mo.  Furthermore, if anyone is taking the easy route inappropriately, it is you.

I would request you specifically identify any "black and white" issues I am "ignoring" but "posting" about, although that would seem to be self-contradictory at least to some extent.

I am well aware and agree that OSH does not have adequate gas now, or at least not confirmed, for future expansion of PNG LNG, or possibly for potential future obligations to customers many years from now.  However, you stated Exxon and PNG LNG do not have enough gas to meet current obligations to customers, which I disputed and is a mis-statement imo of what is in the relevant article, and which you have not backed up.

I never said OSH has "reserves" for P'nyang reported in their filings or confirmed by anyone.  IOC has no "reserves" reported in their filings either, but numerous people say they have a hell of a lot of gas in PRL 15 and probably more at PRL 39.  OSH and Exxon say they have significant gas at P'nyang, though perhaps not enough for a train;  that is all I am saying at this point.  I do not know what NS thinks they do or do not have at P'nyang, but you cannot properly state it as a fact they have none because NS has not reported or vouched for "reserves" in their regulatory filings, as much as you might want to and think no one should question you since you know all and are always right if you say it.

Well, I have "learned" what I could and  "reported back" as you requested.  Now perhaps you can try to learn what you need to, and try to put more time and thought and be less careless in your future postings, while making the contributions you are capable of.  I would also request that, if you want to disagree and have exchanges about specific things in the future, you be willing to back up statements and have such exchanges in a different and non-condescending manner.  Otherwise, let's just agree to disagree and move on.  "Geez..!"

RE: Resource PNG - Episode 13, 2014- Interoil/Total deal - Palm - 05-10-2014

OSH and Exxon are saying there is gas at P'nyang but there has been nothing certified. When you take into account changes in 2C resources (which is where P'nyang would fall) for PNG LNG and licenses outside of PNG per their YE reports filed with ASX, there is virtually no change in their 2C Resource number. At the end of 2012 OSH was saying they "estimate" that there was 2.5-3 TCF of 2C resource at P'nyang. They now say they "estimate" there is 2.5 TCF at P'nyang based on further 2D seismics and that they are examining those reports further and plan to possibly drill in 4Q 2014 or early 2015 and file a PDL blah, blah, blah. Nothing has been certified by Netherland Sewell for P'nyang.

On OSH's website under Reserves and Resources, they make this statement: "All oil fields were audited at the end of 2012 by independent auditors, Netherland Sewell & Associates, Inc. (NSAI). No fields were audited in 2013 as performance during the year was closely in line with expectations. Field performance will be monitored in order to determine whether a further audit of any of the fields is justified in 2014. Gas reserves are subject to audit under instruction from the PNG LNG Project operator, ExxonMobil PNG Limited."
http://www.oilsearch.com/Our-Activities/Reserves-and-Resources.html

So nothing was done at P'nyang of any significance in 2013 except seismic work which being analysed. At the end of 2012 P'nyang was lumped together with Other PNG licenses outside of those dedicated to PNG LNG and showed no change; certainly no 2.5 to 3 TCFs attributable to P'nyang as it would have been listed by itself most likely.

IOC has said from time to time they "estimate" or "think" they have a certain amount of Ts, but we know that counts for nada. As does (or should) P'nyang for OSH. They officially have ZERO Ts based on info filed with ASX. Unless someone can find something differently.

RE: Resource PNG - Episode 13, 2014- Interoil/Total deal - Palm - 05-10-2014

This is the last drilling report filed by OSH; April 19, 2012. It does sound promising, but they obviously need more drilling BEFORE the get Netherland Sewell back in there. Based on this OSH and Exxon "estimate" there is something there. Again, officially nada.

Use or flush; could be worse than worthless; do not rely on this information; do your own DD; do not make any investment decisions or tell your mom that this is real or has been certified as truthful in any way- could spoil Mothers' Day

How many times do we need to provide links?..

Facts are Getit has now 3 times been provided the links and still posts without looking up what's on the links. One needs to ask why.
