This is all it says now "NQ Mobile is still working with auditors on a review of its financial statements, which “has thus far found no incident of fraud” and is “nearing its conclusion,” Kim Titus, a spokesman for the company, wrote today in an e-mailed statement." Not nearly as strong RE: Kim Titus on Bloomberg - Moondog - 05-17-2014 Lawyers probably went mental when they saw the email in print, told them to remove it. RE: Kim Titus on Bloomberg - lovelytulips1637 - 05-17-2014 That doesn't make me feel good... RE: Kim Titus on Bloomberg - Moondog - 05-17-2014 Why not ? You're short right ? Love the name by the way, an investing lesson if ever there was one. RE: Kim Titus on Bloomberg - RacerX - 05-17-2014 Bloomberg just paraphrased/shortened Titus's quote. No way they would do that upon a request from NQ, it's just something they did on their own and I would not read too much into it. RE: Kim Titus on Bloomberg - Moondog - 05-17-2014 Yeh could be, I was surprised NQ's lawyers let it be printed in the first place. I would think that information is on total lockdown. which quote. I do not know the difference between them. Could you please explain in detail? Revised Bloomberg Article - RacerX - 05-17-2014
Compare this to the article I posted in this thread previously. (Updates with dropped analyst rating in 10th paragraph.)

“The company is unable to file on time its annual report
on Form 20-F because it needs additional time to complete it,” RE: Revised Bloomberg Article - Mountainbiker - 05-17-2014 One thing that surprised me was that Bloomberg emailed Carson Block for his comments for the second delayed filing and he did not respond to Bloomberg for comments. Rather, NQ responded. I thought CB would have used the opportunity to trash NQ again to pound it to zero. But he did not, I wonder why?? What do others think??
RE: Kim Titus on Bloomberg - Spacchiusu - 05-17-2014 I think he really thought they would file and was NOT short at the time. They even surprised him, so he was probably feeling bitter that he missed out on 30% downside. |
