I bet if management was willing to lock up their shares until 20-F is out that would boost shareholder confidence. Can someone refresh my memory on the exact date in Sept they are set to expire.

It is all optoins related. That simple. With such negative news with CFO departing, No options could have held the stock up Be real. It is a family illness. Get your facts straight. Call the company yourself and do your DD.
