Discussing financing with the Japanese, Each TCF yields $ 1 Billion Thank you for all your notes. What does "Each TCF yields $1 billion" mean exactly? Is that value of the company? Revnue from the plant? Profit from the plant? Please elaborate if you can. Thanks. RE: Few quick notes from call - CAC - 09-02-2014

What exactly is needed?" Hession sidestepped...repeating the three components necessary...talking about the team he has put in place...they will let us know when they have a plan. IMO, it isn't any known easy fix...or just a matter of time. He was much more enocouraging when talking about other subjects. RE: Few quick notes from call - jft310 - 09-02-2014 Bernstein ?How confidant are you about a 2 train production by 2020-21?Are odds better than 50%. Hession laugh much better than 50% .E/A reserves looking good,Good optionality,Ant Deep looks good add in Triceratops, without more exploration work.Way better(repeat) way better than expectations. RE: Few quick notes from call - jft310 - 09-02-2014 Development of these assets is what the team has trained for over the last 25 years. RE: Few quick notes from call - Palm - 09-02-2014 Thanks JFT! RE: Few quick notes from call - jft310 - 09-03-2014 Sanford Bernstein Singapore based call with CEO M Hession Bernstein-This is an exciting company. Dr M Hession speaker long time BP exec,Woodside Browse project, Bernstein is long standing Asian gas bulls and LN LNG ,Asia has a need for 400 Billion tons on LNG by 2025. Low cost resources will get developed, highly attractive assets. Costs is the key issue. Hession-Worked with major oil companies, why he joined?Fantastic assets. This is 4 million acre basin with Elk/Antelope in the middle. So far they have been restructuring assets to deliver value through LNG. Don Spector bought on board because he raised $15 Billion during the financial meltdown for an LNG plant. Dave Holland is the Chief Geologist who understands the basin has forgotten more than others know about the basin. Laurie Brown-today joined IOC after 1 year as a consultant.Very strong background Hession is increasing confident that PRL 15 can support a 2 train development. Could be more. Antelope Deep on seismics is another E/A and could be a 3rd train. Antelope 4 and 5 wells are going down and they are talking about Antelope 6. This is an appraisal program to understand the seismics etc. Total is talking about a multi trian development and an LNG province, A Singapore firm has studied the existing results and thinks E/A will have excellent recovery of gas. Fluid test?-Every field is a bit different and the need for that test will depend on results. Hession states Antelope can't be alone. The plant will take less than 50 months to build. FEED in 2016, start construction in 2017 and plant will open in 2010-21. Chris Finlayson was introduced to the Prime Minister. They want development. Heading in a logical direction now. The IOC build will create 20,000 jobs to build the plant and serve the plant. They are discussing financing with the Japanese now. Each Trillion MCF yields $1 Billion of revenue. Big development-probably 2 trains, Bernstein asked probability of production by 2020-21??Better than 50%??? Hession laughed and repeated stated odds much better than 50% because of Antelope Deep and Triceratops with more exploration wells to come. Hession summed the call up with this team with an average of 25 years in their careers has worked all that time for this type opportunity RE: Few quick notes from call - jft310 - 09-03-2014

Please elaborate if you can. LNG cash flow per TCF. RE: Few quick notes from call - mikesioc - 09-03-2014 Thanks for the information. But is there anything we haven't already heard? Is anyone excited to hear the chances of 2 trains by 2021 or 2022 are better than 50/50? If there is no buyout before FID anything less than that would be a bitter pill. So, Hession is just keeping the party line that he sold us on back in December. Frankly, without any specifics on WBR there is no news here. Hession is just throwing a little stale meat to starving shareholders. 6 months drilling WBR and nothing. If anyone had said in March we would be sitting here in September with nothing but delays they would have been drawn, quartered and hung from the nearest tree. The stick hanging that carrot keeps getting longer. |
