RE: Give us the plan Phil - AU74 - 06-04-2016 Hopefully, the two OSH-IPI estimates are not only high, but also close to each other so that there is less room inside which the post-A7 certifiers can wiggle. Have you reviewed OSH's most recent financials? They have strong positive cash-flow beyond needs for operations, debt service and capital expenditures. Its required US$19/barrel to have just break-even cash flow is very safe. Their 42% gearing is entirely from non-recourse PNG LNG debt which is being easily carried. Interesting comment you make. Palm - Great. Just what I wanted to hear from someone.I got lots of answers. Thanks to all. I have feared this deal HAD to happen for OSH to stay afloat. My worlst case scenario was OSH stock in trouble resulting in political problems for O'Neill. Now I feel even better voting Blue, voting No, RE: Give us the plan Phil - ebster123 - 06-04-2016

This whole thing stinks like last weeks chum in the hot sun! I have almost no confidence in MH and the BOD. They have decimated the stock price while simultaneously fattening their individual pockets and getting a large payoff (MH) if this goes through. I have already voted with Phil on my two blue forms. Even with the minimum estimates there is very low lileyhood these resources will go untapped. In addition, it appears there is low likelihood the low estimate is the actual number. |
