0. Phil Mulacek said some time ago that before announcing the successful bidder all loose ends would be wrapped and government approval would be in hand.
1. Bids opened March 1.
2. BOD would meet to evaluate bids in March
3. Phil Mulacek said he would have a much better idea on how long construction would take in 30-60 days from March 1st (because he would know what approach to construction the various bidders underconsideration were taking).
Oh, 4. We've been advised for quite some time entering the options market and trying to time this stock is not a good idea.
If Phil misspoke it was using the string metaphor. He really should have said "fuse".
