jft-- Good AM to you! My personal take on the SEC. They are a "toothless tiger" . I have observed them for decades and they have been very disappointing about their investigating. (THe CFTC is even more pathetic) .Very,very hurtful for the small investor. HAGD !

I basically agree about the SEC, which needs to do a hel of a lot more, but don't tell Minkow the SEC and the courts are "toothless tigers"!

I can tell you everytime it gets to a string of low volume days the break is normally to the downside.  No volume today so it looked like somebody just ratcheting it down looking for buyers to step in.  I thought maybe the SEC thing had some people worried but I was dead wrong.  As always, on no news it is a continual drift down.
