As far as united action, I think it can be organized. First we must see what management is doing and willing to do to address the shorts issue. If that is unacceptable, then we see what we can do. I, and probably many others here, will be talking to Wayne (and maybe other members of IOC management) shortly. Let's hear what they have to say.
Despite the flaws in the announcement process, good news should not cause a stock to plummet 40% and remain there. It should be clear to all that positive fundamentals are not nearly enough to override the shorts. It is like bringing a knife, nay, a shovel, to a gunfight. You're not merely fighting with inferior weaponry, you're fighting with an irrelevant tool!
