For years we've been lead along with pie in the sky hopes that never came to fruition,  I believe Hession is doing it the right way! Do you want him to make claims that aren't true just to make us feel better?  Grab a couple and sit back and relax,  we will be fine!  He's given us hints that he is excited about the shows of hydrocarbons. No greater hint than Laurie buying stock. I'm inpatient too but I want it done the right way with no corners being cut!  We're almost there, why take a chance to speed things up and possibly make a mistake?

Well we have our answer .... we are heading towards $52.

Unless positive results are forthcoming soon, it looks like we can expect IOC PPS to keep dropping with the gentle decline/stagnation of oil/gas price until the real cold weather starts to impact the U.S and Europe.

Will it drop below $50 , I don't know, but if it gets there, I will definitely be repurchasing those IOC shares I sold the other day.

This is not "good news" it's just not the worst news.  Pathetic report.  Running 7" casing through zones that have been a bear to drill has a high probability of getting stuck way off bottom.  My guess is earliest next update is November unless they decide to P&A.  I guess Wahoo has become wa who?  As in who is that?   All but forgotten.  It's BS that they didn't provide some words on Wahoo.  We may be seeing Mulacek billboards soon with his pic and the words "Miss me?"

I suppose you can always spin something into "good news" if that is your goal (remember when people tried to point to parts of the Wahoo Suspension Announcement as containing "good news"?), but to most shareholders I would think the only truly good news would be..."we found stuff that we can recover...and sell".  Anything short of that is not "good enough news" in my opinion.

To me this is completely neutral news.  I suppose the announcement could be considered slightly negative if it is used to make an assessment of managment's skill-set with regard to "predicting drilling times" or "executing drilling to efficiently meet publically stated time frames"...but those are not all that important if the actual "good news" (as defined see above) eventually occurs.

The comment that we will hear more about Raptor in "less than two weeks" is just irresponsible.
