i must say this stock never cease to give me surprises! this is what i have been through: 10 - 25 - 8 - 21 - 6 - 10 - 7 need a super strong heart to hold this stock for all these 8 months!!

No, I thought that with the clean(ish) IC result, the likelihood of PwC falling in line would be a fair bet. The delay doesn't mean a great deal in and by itself, I'm sure they're going over the IC report meticulously.
However, the price action tells another story. It might be some big fund selling, and/or a last ditch effort to run the price down to cover, but it's hardly reassuring.

yeah, the aggressiveness of the selling in the face of clearly positive news and an already very depressed stock price is disturbing. At this point, mgmt. need to put real money on the line, either thru a large one time buyback or outright MBO to regain credibility.

The shorter the time frame, the more 'noise' a stock price will have. While I am very bullish on NQ long term (with stock and options), I realize, in the short term, anything can happen with the price of any stock, particularly with a company that has rumors flying and strong opinions on both sides being expressed.
We must expect big % price swings until the 20F and the next quarter earnings are announced, perhaps even two quarters of earnings. The shorts are having too much fun with this one to let it go completely, at least until the perception changes to a clean growth story with no skeletons in the closet, real or imagined.

Well, my working assumption is that since this is such a high profile case, Deloitte, caring about its reputation (see what happened with AA after Enron) wouldn't be willing part in any whitewash.
Which leaves these control issues (most of which are fixed but some linger) and some missing data, but these are not indicative of fraud, according to the IC.
And I think a start-up that is so fast growing and having digested a dozen or so acquisitions already, it's not that surprising that an 8 month lasting investigation finds some issues.
All very fine and rational, perhaps, but in the meantime, the stock is lingering sub $8..

The price is languishing here because, yet again, management have given you the good news before they've given you the important news regarding financial probity.
So the good news has been portrayed as a diversionary tactic by the shorts who are still in control of the stock.
And whilst I am sure these comments will bring hoots of derision, we want to hope I am right, because the alternative is that funds were selling out on the small pop we got from the VC news.

No I realize all too well that one want to hope you're right. Still, we're getting to levels were disaster seems to be prized in while I would say the IC made that really considerably less likely.
Anyway, it can also just as easily turn on a dime. 13M shares traded already, incredible.
