IOC has opened a dataroom and says they are in negotiations with several groups for various selldowns.  My preferred deal is to sell the most mature project now and add value to the immature ones.  Specifically, offer another 25% of Elk/Antelope.   It would bring either OSH or Total to over 50% control, which should stimulate bidding, and would greatly reduce the cash obligations of IOC, both current and future, of planning and building the LNG plant.
