Believe me they are now scared for their very lives as free men and woman.
They now realize that they quite possibly rubber stamped a Deal that was cooked up by someone who may wind up behind bars.
And who knows, they may join him after going through protracted legal battles in courts worldwide.
Perhaps the BOD still have time to avoid such an outcome?
To do so, they must quickly stand up and, in one loud/unified voice, publicly change their unanimous YES decision to an overwhelming NO.
HOW?
Immediately hold a meeting without Hession present ... conclude that they had material information withheld when they were asked to vote on the deal.
... KILL THE DEAL AND FIRE HESSION

Stavros, what infirmation was withheld from the BOD on this deal and what proof do you have of that? Pretty serious "charge" being made.

Selling out IOC without a firm contract stating the consideration to be received by OSH for its "bolt on" selldown to Total? That could be the new unrevealed and highly material information.
What chance is there some on the BOD are actually straight, ignorant and ill-advised?
