I am currently on a extended trip and would have trouble getting my proxy in time to vote. I contacted Fidelity and they told me I could vote online. They supplied me with the website for the company handling the vote. The website is proxyvote.com. They also supplied me with the control number for each of my accounts which I would input to vote. As of Monday, the only ballots that were available were the vote on Phil's proposals. The vote must be placed by June 6. The deal ballot should be out soon and I will follow up with Fidelity to make sure I get those numbers too. I suggest that some of you might want to contact your brokerage firms as well. I was going to vote against Phil's proposals and am really uninspired about his board nominees. However, it has become obvious that we would be better off with virtually anyone other than the crooks who are pushing the deal. Count my 9,500 shares as a big NO!
