Any joint announcement between three or more players (one of which being a PNG elected official) which includes a pending transfer of some E/A resource ownership. I still like the next two weeks.

I originally put the first two weeks in September. However, I now believe with all of the basher/short slamming to cover it will be sooner. Could be as early as tomorrow (PNG time) but then NEC would not be involved since my understanding is the start next week. My guess, get the NEC, Duma and O'Neill together and you are looking at mid next week.

I demand a week's extension to my prediction of by the 15th!! That was based on the original return of writ date and not the extended by one week date. Next week's sitting should have been the 14th! At least an asterisk. Hohoho

I would love to select a near term announcement time frame, but being part of the IOC experience for the last several years has taught me that things in PNG take a lot, lot longer than expected. Remember it just took over a month to conduct an election. I hope everyone else is right but I think "later" is the answer. I think October.

Hope all you ubers are right but I am one of the 4 laters. I have conditioned myself to expect we will be into January looking back at another year with no sell down news. That way I can be happily surprised instead of dismally disappointed.

Instead of doing it by the first or second half of the month, it should be broken done based on options expiration date.
