There's no doubt that TOTAL and XOM and Shell and CVS and many other players want to grow gas in the next decades.
First, they want to fight back against OPEC and Saudi Aramco
Second, they want to appear to be fighting for the Environment to avoid big lawsuits
IOC will cease to exist and we will own OSH shares . . . that's a done deal.
WE MUST HOLD UP THE DEAL UNTIL WE GET PAID FAIRLY:
10.0 Shares of OSH per share of IOC
$10.50 per Tcfe above 6.2 Tcfe Certified in E/A with a FLOOR of $30.00
DEAL MUST BE SWEETENED
