I Will Vote NO To the Deal - Stavros - 05-28-2016
I will vote YES to the deal after it is sweetened to:
10.0 Shares of OSH per share of IOC
$10.50 per Tcfe above 6.2 Tcfe with a FLOOR of $30.00
TOTAL is funding the CVR payment, and should pay properly for our assets

I would be happy to take that deal less all but E/A. That shouldn't be a problem because there has been no value given to IOC for those properties anyway. Oh, I'll want Phil for CEO.
