Whatever happens, deal or no deal, Hession needs to be shown the door.
Apart from the self-serving mismanagement, which on multiple info coming out today might very well have been an intentional scheme in the first place, he saddles us with a lousy deal, lining his own pockets in the process, without consulting shareholders, cementing it with a $60M break-up fine.
And then shareholders say, hey, the deal we had with Total was better.
What do they do?
They panick and retroactively change that deal with Total.
Stavros, you're right. You can't make this stuff up.
Hession must go, he's untenable.

I'm not sure I care about the deal at this point. This is such blatant backstabbing of shareholders by their own CEO, that guy simply needs to go ASAP.
