Question regarding the two missing BOD members - Libtardius Maximus - 06-29-2016

We all know there were 10 BOD members when Phil proposed 6. IOC countered with 8. They left off Roger Lewis and the Aussie female who's name escapes me, maybe Hirschfield? Now I get why she would be dropped, last in first out sort of thing. But I don't get Lewis. Unless there was some PR issued that was not recent, perhaps back a year of so. Does anyone remember seeing anything about him retiring from BOD? I know that he came from Woodside just as Dr. Libor Plus 6  but it doesn't make any sense to me that IOC wouldn't issues some sort of PR since he was on BOD for 7 or 8 years. A thank you for your service sort of thing. It's only right but it appears Lewis has just slinked off the stage without notice.

Anyone have anything on this?

********

Don't all 10 of them pretty much consider themselves retired at this point?  Except, of course, for Hession who likely gets his reward-spot at OSH for "scratching their back" by pushing this terrible deal through.

No because one of them is going to get a seat on the OSH BOD. Any guesses of who that might be?

This is my opinion:

Roger Lewis has done what he set out to do and has moved on. His RSU's alone at todays price are worth $1.75M. In addition to this he would have recieved around $2.4M in direct remuneration for around 30 days work per year since 2008.

Katherine Hirschfeld has moved on because she is the only one of the BOD that has any ethics. She was appointed to the Compensation Committee and then she left. That is telling. She decided that she was not going to get stuck to that tar baby.

Gaylen Byker should be ashamed of what he has inflicted on the hardworking investors that provided the funding that IOC needed to get to this point.

I couldn't agree more Oliver. The fly in the ointment for IOC is Phil and this website. We are all that stands in the way of being ripped off by Dr. Libor Plus 6 and gang. Why does it have to be a secret about who gets the OSH BOD seat?
