How do we rid ourselves of Hession and the current BOD?
We could call a special shareholder meeting just for that purpose? I know it didn't work with replacing Hession with Phil. But it might work to replace Hession with Henry Alford?
Whatever we can do, we should do!!
We don't need to give Hession & his band of thieves another opportunity to sell us down the river, again!!

Note that the BOD referred to its "fiduciary responsibilities" in the PR. I think they realize that if they tried to reject an arguably superior offer, they could be in really serious legal danger. It would also seem that competent institutional shareholders would not support an inferior offer on July 28.

Unless the terms of this new offer are fully disclosed before the proxy materials for the OSH deal are sent out, NO ONE in their right mind should vote yes.

They have a duty to disclose in accordance with their own disclosure policy.
