Come on ... not a fan of management,,, but first everyone gets mad that they don't buy shares...now that they do?! I also have a feeling that these were option awards. They are all on similar days. I do not see anything here concerning.
I still do not like them.

Author duplicates September Oztorgut purchase in 2016. Sloppy work. All knew monetization discussions going on with various parties long time, and we don't know when they got a real merger offer from OSH and Total. Worth questioning, but doubt much there. They also had plenty to gain without taking those kinds of risks.
