Just skimmed through. An amazingly clear takedown of current management. Two specific options for modification of the current XOM bid are detailed.

Perhaps these thoughts have already been discussed with XOM.
Everyone should listen to the CC and be prepared to ask questions or give additional recommendations at the end of the call.

Phil actually has been talking directly to Exxon about his plans . Interoil is not happy with Phil and has threatened to sue him . But Phil is only trying to improve the price with Exxon not kill that deal .
My opinion remains the same Total at some point will make an offer to top Exxon . Since that has not happened and may never happen best to see what it takes to make Phil happy and go away . Thus Exxon listens .

Many people have been speaking to XOM directly about the deal.
Will the Inglorious Basterds try to sue everyone?
I doubt it ... they'll be two busy defending themselves against the SEC complaints
