I want proof that IOC engaged Spencer Stuart - Libtardius Maximus - 07-29-2016
For a search as claimed by Byker on May 14, 2013. There should be paid invoices for services rendered for the search and its completion IF Hession was brought into IOC by Spencer Stuart. If there is no such invoice, then there never was a search performed and sharehoilders were lied to.
How do we go about making IOC produce the search document and the associated invoice(s)
