Somewhat of a surprise as polls suggested Kavo may not retain his seat, but he now has a commanding lead as part of the PNC party. Good for O'Neill.

We like Kavo. He has battled for Provincial development and has maintained IOC positive. He has also deep MOU roots with Mitsui/JP and SK for that development. Huh, funny how IOC is trying to work with these guys too.
