Was told this was probably a transfer of shares from one entity to another. Thats what Phil's last sales were transfers of shares .Checking on this statement I make.

I'd be surprised if that's what it was Ken; that would normally be shown as "11- acquisition or disposal carried out privately"; this shows it as a public market transaction. See what you can find out. Thanks

Won't be a statue at PSU! He's a Red Raider and his statue will be a likeness of Uncle Scrooge clutching dollar bills (greedy) in one hand and a drill rig in the other and it will be made out of molded drilling mud! And he'll be riding a Zebra! Hohoho
