Litigating vs Exxon is just insanity . Why? Mulacek spent over $1,000,000 litigating
with Interoil/Exxon , If one owns 10,000 shares a $5 fee to litigate is $50,000.
Why spend that money ? File your application and exercise your right ,
What will a lawyer tell you ?! Litigate let's fight them , Why? That's how they get paid !!
What are the lawyers not telling you ?????
