Useful info from the shareholder letters from management - admin - 02-02-2019

TEUM has, for the first time in our company history as Pareteum, provided forward-looking guidance as follows:

  • Revenue growth and increase over 2017 of at least 50% revenue growth for the full year 2018; this will be reviewed quarterly for possible grading;
  • Continued improvement in both operating cash flow and EBITDA;
  • Target gross margins of 70-75% and improving operating margins into the range of 15-20% over the next couple of years;
  • We affirm our expectations for Positive EBITDA from Continuing Operations for the Full Year 2018; EBITDA is a NON-GAAP, measure;
  • Our balance sheet remains strong with more than $15.5 million in cash;

Pareteum Issues Chairman's Update Letter

The company is easily going to exceed that $13.54M revenue in 2017 by 50%, in fact, the three quarters so far have already brought $18M+ in revenues, and these are accelerating ($4.11M in Q1, $6M in Q2, $8M in Q3). Then in Q4 there will be the revenue added from Atrilium for the first time (in the order of $5M).

So even organically, they're going to more than double their 2017 revenue. Add in the revenue from Artilium and they'll blow 2017 out of the water.

["Our growth will continue from our current customers who continue to buy more from us. We will also see many new customers enter our client rosters, and because of our iPass acquisition, we have opened completely new market segments in the enterprise sector. "]

Great, I actually pointed this new enterprise segment out in the last SA article, the company all of a sudden has 500 enterprise customers. Although under iPass that was a declining legacy business, with the services of Pareteum and Artilium, it doesn't seem unreasonable to assume they could sell at least a few of these new services from these companies.

Even if that's just 10%, that's 50 new customers, an increase of their customer base by 50% so this quickly adds up..

Thanks for posting that, Mike!
