I am not sure if anyone is on this forum still (!) & if you are whether you're following what is happening to TMC - a form of b**tard son of Nautilus.
I thought it was worth sharing that TMC seems to be a Nautilus mark 2 - at the de-SPAC merger most of the initial SOAC investors took their money back & 2 major PIPE investors reneged (& are now in court action). The shares have dropped from US$10 to around $4 at the moment.

It is clearly written for a reason but amid various allegations it makes allegations around the insolvency of Nautilus - saying that the licenses that TMC bought for big money were an inside deal.
