Denintex emailed me last week about this company. He thinks its ready for investment. Buy out rumors.I do not follow the stock, sounds ok.Do your own DD and I am not recommending it.Denintex has a sensational track record. Is he right here??

Oh yeah, almost forgot, the Spidey nav calculator: http://www.navcalculator.com/GKP_NAV.php

This contains the existing discovered oil in place, GKP ownership, recovery factor, etc. If you use this you should adjust the oil price to 100 and the recovery factor to 30%

Thanks for that Efi. Can even open a separate forum for this, if people want that.

I read somewhere recently that even Exxon is no bypassing the central government in Irak in search of a stake in this bounty in Kurdistan. Since there are considerable risks in bypassing the central govt. it is a measure of the potential rewards..

Nice post outlining the upcoming catalysts for the company: http://www.iii.co.uk/investment/detail?code=cotn%3AGKP.L&display=discussion&action=detail&id=9003014

Another post outlining the volatility in Iraq (I didn't say this investment was without risk): http://www.iii.co.uk/investment/detail/?display=discussion&code=cotn%3AGKP.L&threshold=20&it=le&action=detail&id=9098877
