We're now in hostile takeover range - Libtardius Maximus - 12-07-2012 4 Billion is just over 80 a share 5 Billion is just over 100 a share 6 Billion is just over 120 a share 7.5 Billion is just over 150 a share. While we're all wondering what's causing the pps to go down somebody is buying. The possibility is increasing with each down day IMO. RE: We're now in hostile takeover range - ebster123 - 12-07-2012 I agree but once someone puts in a bid unlikely they will be the only interested party. All who arein negotiations with CAs are free to id and likely a sale will occur in the $275-$350 range. IMO RE: We're now in hostile takeover range - Libtardius Maximus - 12-07-2012 ebster, I admire your optimism but do not share it. Someone will offer low and it will be tempting for shareholders that have had enough of this. Yet I would rather you be right! RE: We're now in hostile takeover range - Optionray - 12-07-2012

And, what is the value of our portion of the gas? Antelope/Elk by iteself and with another 9T tri? RE: We're now in hostile takeover range - TxPm - 12-07-2012 I'm going with Lib on this one...I think at this point today( pre drilling Triceratops & other prospects) someone could buy us out for $150-$170 tops RE: We're now in hostile takeover range - tarulestheday - 12-07-2012 Interesting timing on your message Lib. I just heard a few hours ago that Shell might be going hostile. RE: We're now in hostile takeover range - ltinvest - 12-07-2012 A $1.50/mcf offer just using GLJ numbers for E/A is $150 a share. That attributes no value to Triceratops or other prospects within the 4 million exploration acres. How many companies would like have this resource for $1.50/mcf? RE: We're now in hostile takeover range - TxPm - 12-07-2012 Interesting Tarul, did your source give any timeframe indication? One thing to note is Freeport offered a 83% premium for McMoran Exploration.... I'd be ok with 83% premium as a starting point RE: We're now in hostile takeover range - Libtardius Maximus - 12-07-2012

Go ahead and be cryptic. RE: We're now in hostile takeover range - ebster123 - 12-07-2012 Lib, I do not doubt companies will TRY a takeover and the $170 will look good to many. However, unless there is a consortium put together to buyout ALL IOC it is unlikely RDS, XOM, Marathon, Connoco......will allow someone to take all of this that cheap. Once the frenzy starts it will be much more. Look at E/A and Triceratops alone and there is enough reason. Add the other prospects and no way no how anyone gets out that cheap. IMHO |
